Low Fat Fruit Pizza


Since a fruit pizza is mainly made of fresh or canned fruits, it is already quite low in fat when compared to a normal pizza. Nevertheless, you can still make a better low fat fruit pizza using the low fat and sugar free ingredients. Please look at the following recipe for more information:





Ingredients:


  • 1 package Pillsbury Best sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package sugar free vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cup skim milk
  • 6 ounces light Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, washed and hulled




Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).


2. Grease the pizza pan using a non stick and low fat vegetable spray.


3. Slice the cookie dough in 1/4 inch thick slices and arrange them so that they are 1 inch apart. Bake as directed until golden brown then let it cool.


4. In a mixing bowl, add in the milk and sugar free pudding. Beat and mix well.


5. Add in the cream cheese then continue beating until smooth.


6. Pour this mixtured over the cooked but cooled cookie crust.


7. Arrange the strawberries on top then serve.
