Ingredients:
- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can coconut
- 1 can peaches, drained and sliced
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 8 ounces package cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
1. First of all, cut the dough into 1/4 inch think then place it on a pizza pan, preferably a 12 inch one.
2. Bake the cookie dough as directed until golden brown then let it cool.
3. In a bowl, add in the cream cheese and sugar. Combine and mix well then spread this mixture onto the cooked cookie evenly.
4. Arrange the pineapples, peaches and oranges on top of the cookies in any way you like then top them with banana, coconut and cherries.
5. Keep it chilled until time to serve.
